Fantastic episode. Great idea to get a fresh perspective on the series! I guess that means that is Starwars covered by Horroretc....NOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!! (cf., Darth Vader)

Wow, what a great episode! Seriously, it should win some kind of award. This week's co-host was super bright and charming, which is a refreshing change of pace.
It's probably been a decade since I last watched the original trilogy, but revisiting them with fresh eyes this way has gotten me really excited to check them out on Bluray.

The picture you guys posted for this episode makes me think of what episode III could've been: Vader in the suit, leading throngs of stormtroopers, hunting down the last of the Jedi Knights. I mean, didn't anybody else wanna see that since Ben mentioned it in the original?
I'm over it though, really. Star Wars is great. There's really nothing else quite like it. I can't say I'm a fan of the prequels, but they are certainly enjoyable, and they look amazing in blu ray.
Thank you Ted and Alexis for reminding me how awesome Star Wars is through the eyes of a child. Bravo show Horror ETC! I totally look forward to hearing from your new guest host again sometime in the future.

I mean, didn't anybody else wanna see that since Ben mentioned it in the original? Definitely. I really liked Revenge of the Sith, but it dropped the ball and was lazy with a lot. Order 66 was just so damn lazy. That picture is indeed awesome!

The overwhelmingly positive feedback for this episode is well deserved. Bravo!

Great episode! I thought some of the questions were a little leading, but I think it would be impossible for Ted to completely hide his opinions on the series from Alexis before offered her own. It was awesome to hear a child's opinion of the series! I love ewoks too so I'm glad I'm not the only one

I loved this episode... I saw the original 3 films in the 70's and 80's at the cinema so I can relate to what Alexis said about a couple of things in the films as I would have been about her age when I first saw them. I remember thinking that Leia shouldn't have been kissing Han Solo in "Empire" because (in my mind) she was supposed to be Luke's girlfriend. It was only later on when I found out that Luke and Leia were brother and sister that I thought maybe it was better that Leia should be Han's girlfriend instead. It was also interesing to hear that she liked young Anakin and Jar Jar Binks in "Phantom" as most fans of the original films who are now adults don't like them much. So maybe Lucas was right to have them in for the kids. Who knows?
