I need some advice. I'm about to buy my first game system in almost twenty years. I've decided on the PS3. My question is: Should I get the standard 120 gb console or shell out the extra $50 for the 250 gb? Is the extra memory only necessary if you intend to download a lot of games online? The money's not that big a deal. I just figure if I save $50 that's another gama I could get.
Sorry if this is a stupid question. I'm a novice. And I'm old, remember?

I'd say it probably depends mostly on how much you intend to download games and use the Playstation Store thing. It can come in useful for downloading and viewing things like trailers as well as the games you can download. Is that the only real difference? I can't recall at the moment. If you mostly plan on buying physical copies of games instead of buying them through the PS network, you might not really use all the extra, I don't know.

Thanks very much! That's pretty much what I was thinking. I doubt I'll download that much, if anything, so I think I'll just get the 120GB unit. I appreciate your help!
