How about an episode of Scandinavian horror. The field has produced some pretty good films over the past few years and it might be interesting to look at them from a regional perspective to see if there's a uniquely 'Nordic' way to look at the subject.

The White Reindeer is a fun little TV movie from Finland. Made in 1952, it's sort of like The Cat People except with vampire reindeer. I'd say it's worth a watch.

I've been looking forward to this topic for a long time now, have accumulated a small collection of really cool flicks. It's funny to see how Fritt Vilt has followed the pattern of so many slasher franchises - it's almost due for Fritt Vilt 4: The Final Vilt.

Btw...told my Scandinavian wife about this upcoming episode and while she's not a big horror fan she's pretty excited to hear this episode. Oh...and just to provide more information than you'll need, here's my understanding of the following terms: Scandinavian: Sweden, Norway, Denmark Nordic: Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland and Iceland If you want to go Nordic, therefore, you could include this: www.imdb.com/title/tt1075749/ although it got underwhelming reviews on imdb. And, it's not horror but I'm really looking forward to Iron Sky (http://www.ironsky.net/site/) Great work, guys!
