I love Herbet. I just wish we got more of his works in the US.

From the mid-70s to the mid-90s I devoured everything he wrote, even though he seemed hung up on ghosts, which aren’t really my thing. Then I read ’48. It was utterly abysmal and I don’t think I’ve read anything of his since. Still, his earlier stuff was often terrific and he really deserves greater recognition.
