Hi A while back I suggested that if you were planning to return to the subject of road horror, you check out Ida Lupino's 1953 film "The Hitch-Hiker", since it's free on Youtube. Anyhoo, I was jut re-listening to the road horror ep, and I noted that Ted had a soft spot for "The Hitch-Hiker", an episode of the Twilight Zone with a "Carnival of Souls"-ey twist. Well, I did some digging and discovered that that ep was based on a 1942 radio play starring Orson Welles, which is also free on Youtube. It's not as good as the TZ ep, but it has the advantage of Orson Welles wittily bookending it with some personal asides that place it in some pretty awesome context. Interesting to hear the "Alfred Hitchcock Presents" theme! Also, Ida Lupino also starred in her own first season Twilight Zone episode, The 16mm Shrine
