Anyone play these three games? They all have Bruce Cambell voicing the character and have been, in my experience, fun to play decent games.
Evil Dead Hail to the King plays like a more combat focused version of a Resident Evil or Silent Hill. It was on the Playstation and Dreamcast, and I managed to play it. The coolest thing about it was using moonshine as a gas for your chainsaw made it super powerful. I thought that was funny.
Evil Dead - Fistful of Boomstick I didn't play, yet.
Evil Dead Regeneration is really a great game to play, despite some flaws. Ash really feels like a bad ass in this game. It feels more like a third person shooter, which is a good thing. You also have a partner who tags along played by Ted Raimi who is a good Deadite, if that makes sense.
The two I played had really funny storylines as well. Worth watching on you tube just for those scenes alone.
Anyone have thoughts on the Evil Dead games?

After getting past the Bruce Campbell samples I found the first one really clunky and didn't play it for very long. Was the second one the game where you start off in a town? which ever that one was seemed like a bit of fun, but only played it at a pals for like 30 minutes

I have Fistful of Boomstick. It was fun but it got way too hard within a very short span of time. Like, not progressively harder; exponentially harder.
I'm not a very serious gamer and don't really like to be terribly challenged in a video game, so I abandoned it after that. But it was decent up to that point.
