This is kind of a reintroduction. I creep around on the forums here and there but rarely post. I'm catching back up with the podcast after a sabbatical. A full time teaching job and 2 kids keep me busy during the school year but now that summer's here, I'm back with the podcast and enjoying some of the recommendations.
I've been a fan of the genre since catching Friday the 13th marathons on the USA Network when I was a kid. The Halloween series is my wheelhouse but because of this podcast, I've been introduced to some great stuff like Vincent Price, various foreign films, and some of Tony's favorites like Wicker Man and Changeling.
In my personal life, I'm a 2nd grade teacher in Virginia Beach, VA. I'm married with two young children. I'm the only one in the house that enjoys genre films so what little free time I have is used to catch up on my various loves.
I've enjoyed the podcast off and on since the early teen episodes. I really like the "ETC" parts of the podcast. Without suggestions from Ted and Tony, I would've never seen films like Harry Brown or shows like Doctor Who.
I think that's all I've got for now. Hope to become a little more active in the forums. Thanks!

What did you think of The Woman In Black? I personally thought it was very good...the shrieking ghost sent chills up my spine!
