Did you know the entire first draft of The Lift was about an escalator that was possessed? They scrapped it for an elevator later.  |

Am elevator is much scarier. You can jump off an escalator.

I dunno. I've always had that phobia of being caught in an escalator and pulled under.

LOL, I was just kidding about the escalator but apparently I struck a nerve here.
When I was a kid my mom told me that a lady fell down on an escalator and her scalp was ripped off. My mom isn't weird, that was just her idea of a "safety tip".
