If you like short audio fiction, Escape Pod and PseudoPod offer some good stories. Escape Pod is science fiction based whereas Pseudopod is horror.

If you like radio dramas; check out "We're Alive: A Zombie Story of Survival"
Pretty good. The voice talents are good and the effects are well done.

This list is the most current on my ipod:
Horror Etc- I keep up with the new episodes and am trying to listen to the back episodes
Alex Jones Show- Don't agree with all of his politics and conspiracy theories but its a good way to keep informed on just general news.
Keith and the Girl- Hilarious hosts and great guests shoot the shit about pretty much anything/
Outside the Cinema- Horror and cult cinema podcast based out of Boston, the reviews and top 6 lists introduce me to some interesting films I never would watch otherwise.
GGTMC- Sister cast to Outside the Cinema so sort of in the same vein does have different hosts but sometimes they do cross shows.
Are you Serious- One of the hosts of Outside the Cinema and his cohost talk about general shit, like politics and such very entertaining.
Mail Order Zombie- Haven't listened to an episode in ages but the show is still on my ipod so I'll get around to it.
Night of the living Podcast- Hilarious look at horror and cult cinema, not as long as some of the other ones and one of the few horror podcasts with female cohosts.

My current rotation of podcasts are the following:
HorrorEtc (of course) Bloody Good Horror Night of the Living Podcast Zombie Grrls The Podcast Podcast
I've sifted through a lot of horror-focused podcasts and found a lot of the hosts/show-styles to be tiresome and downright misogynistic. BGH and NotLP do occasionally venture into the "Boobs! Give us more boobs!" territory, but overall their signal-to-noise ratio is pretty high.

I've just started listening to podcasts again after a long break.
Horroretc. Mail Order Zombie (uh, up until the listener mail segment, which runs a little too long for my taste) Zombie Grrls Cinemaslave (not around anymore?)
I'm trying to get back into MondoMovie as well.
I've also tried listening to The Scare-ening, which is a fairly new podcast done by Stacie from the Final Girl blog and Heidi of fangirltastic.com, but most podcasts run from BlogTalkRadio.com sound physically terrible, so it's a bit hard to listen to.

Here's a few I've added to regular rotation:
The Tobolowsky Files - Character actor Stephen Tobolowsky, best known as Ned Ryerson in Groundhog Day or Sammy Jenkins (Jenkiss? don't remember) from Memento tells stories about "life, love, and the entertainment industry." The man has had a colorful life indeed and is an engaging storyteller.
I Love Movies/Doug Loves Movies - Comedian Doug Benson talks movies with guests, usually other comics. The quality is pretty variable and really depends on the guests: sometimes it's hilarious and sometimes they try way too hard and just never gain momentum. Still, the Leonard Maltin game, where the players bid on how many actors' names they need to guess a particular movie given the year, a theme, and a clue from Leonard Maltin's review, is always entartaining.
The Pod F. Tompkast - Paul F. Tompkins, one of the Top 5 Funniest People Alive in my opinion, hosts this collection of audio sketches, phone conversations, and excerpts from his live shows, all glued together by meandering, improvised interludes. Absolutely hilarious.

Comedy Death Ray Radio ( the best or most consistently laugh-out-loud comedy podcast, in my opinion) - www.earwolf.com/show/comedy-death-ray-radio-scott-aukermanRisk! - risk-show.com/Jordan, Jesse, Go! - www.maximumfun.org/shows/jordan-jesse-go

The Without Your Head horror Radio. They always seem to have someone good who played in horror. Last week they had Danny Trejo from Machete. And they will be back for a new episode this week. I don't know who its gonna be but I know its gonna be good. Tony and Ted I have a hard time deciding which ones my favorite on this one. LOL Though the audio quality on the horroretc podcast is a little better because these guys use skype.

Mail Order Zombie (uh, up until the listener mail segment, which runs a little too long for my taste) Indeed. Trim out the superfluous "zombie news" (How many times to we need to hear about "Plants vs Zombies"), the fluff promos and audio trailers, and the "awwwwwwws" and audio fan wank, and you have, like, a totally great ten minute podcast.
