I hope this is OK given that I have heard the guys talk about other podcasts over the years, I was just wondering what other shows people listen to/watch. If this thread is in poor form please feel free to delete it. I've been listening to podcasts for 5 years now, ever since Leo and the tech TV kids started their shows. Here is a list of my favorites both horror and non horror. Horror: Horror Etc: Well of course. Rue Morgue Radio: This and Horror Etc are my favorites. Rue Morgue Radio is a weekly show put out by Rue Morgue Magazine that is made up of interviews, reviews and a lot of good music. General Movie: GGTMC : The Gentleman's Guide to Midnight Cinema talk in depth about obscure action and the occasional horror movie from all around the world. Mondo Movie: A British show that focuses on the more cult / horror / mondo side of things, not super regular but a great listen. Cinecultania: An Australian podcast that is as erratic as they come that focus mainly on Australian films. One of the hosts Ben is an encyclopedia of exploitation, zombie and body horror movies. Creative Screenwriters Magazine: This show is amazing, they have recorded interviews from events they have held, Comicon and anywhere else the writers of movies may be talking. Interviewees include George Romero, Robert Rodriguez, Peter Jackson, James Cameron and the list goes on. Non movie related: Diggnation A weekly video podcast by the creator of digg.com that used to be tech focused but know is a mix of tech and weird internet shit. This is one of the longest running podcasts that there is. The Instance: A funny news show for World of Warcraft. Shut up I play all right?

Feashop Horror Podcast- Frank and Mike totally break me up.
The Splatter Cast- Jeff sounds like Dave Foley from KITH. It's like sitting around drinking beer with your friends and talking about horror films.
Mail Order Zombie- I like the reviews and new. I don't care for the 40 minutes of "attaboy" voice mails every week.
Radio Free Skaro- Three guys from Canada talk about Dr Who
DWO Podcast- Dr Who podcast that may be pod fading.
The Skeptics' Guide to the Universe- Dr Steve is my hero.
THe History of Rome- As the title says.
History According to Bob- Bite sized lectures on a variety of topics by the engaging Professor Bob.
This American Life- The podcast of the NPR show
The Personal Computer Show- The podcast of the radio show from WBAI New York
Off The Hook- The podcast of the radio show from WBAI New York
My History Can Beat Up Your Politics- Politics in the context of history. Boatloads better than anything on tv or radio.
Geekspeak- The podcast of the radio show from KUSP Santa Cruz.
I also listen to a few technical podcasts like Miketech and Podnutz.

Good grief, where the hell do you guys find the time? Horroretc is the only one I have any real investment in and even then I skip the Lost and Dexter shows. I dip into Mark Kermode’s BBC Radio 5 film reviews but find that there can be too much “witty banter” and not enough reviewing. The show works better when he and Mayo are on holiday and others are holding the fort. Also listen to Dried Blood. James has a nice laid back style and it’s good to have him back on the air after a long break. Just started listening to Gentlemen’s Grindhouse. Good, in-depth discussion on specific horror movies and franchises.

Horroretc and Bloody Good Horror. Now that I'm all caught up on those I've started listening to Zombie Grrrls. I've sampled some others that just seem far too sophomoric.
I love Monster Talk, and many of the "Stuff You Should Know" podcasts (Stuff You Should Know, Stuff You Didn't Learn In History Class, Stuff From the Science Lab).
I also listen to Mike Silva's show for local (NY) baseball talk.

Indeed, jmodlinc, where do you find the time? Even when I was unemployed I couldn't have listened to half of those on a regular basis.
Here's what I listen to:
Battleship Pretension - Two guys talking about film. Hits the right balance between analysis/criticism and fun.
Smodcast - Filmmaker Kevin Smith and his producer Scott Mosier going on hour-long crazy "what if?" conversational rides like "What if Disneyland threw Kevin off the Small World ride for being too fat?", "What if Scott was endowed with the powers of an old-timey pugilist to fight a vengeful Christ?", and "What if Kevin dressed as a chicken to spy on the secret conversations of barnyard fowls?" Very funny but I think it may have jumped the shark a few months ago. Tell 'Em Steve-Dave! - A spinoff of Smodcast in which two of Kevin Smith's old friends who had small roles in his films shoot the shit. Also very funny but it's gradually getting longer and longer and I don't know if it's entertaining enough to sustain 2 to 3 hours per show.
Comedy and Everything Else - 3 stand up comics (well, 2 now, sadly) and the occasional guest talk about comedy and everything else. Actually they mostly talk about politics. It's probably the most entertaining way to stay somewhat informed about the U.S. political scene.
Cinemaslave - Filmmaker Joe Barlow gives his take on all things cinematic. His show is not exclusively horrorcentric but his favorite genre is German Expressionism so it certainly pops up from time to time. Surprisingly entertaining for only having a single host.
Radio Free Burrito and Memories of the Futurecast - Wil "Wesley Crusher on ST:TNG" Wheaton hosts both of these. The first is just a dumping grounds for whatever he wants to talk about, with a slight focus on Creative Commons music and all things geeky. The second is excerpts from, and commentary on, a book he wrote that serves as an episode guide/insider's perspective on Next Generation, which is a humorous, deprecating, but ultimately affectionate look back at the legend he was a part of.
Dork Forest - The most recent addition to my mp3 player. Comics Jackie Kashian and Joe Wilson talk to various guests about their "dorkdoms," which includes anything from the traditionally nerdy (RPGs, fantasy novels) to the popular (movies, fashion) to the obscure and everything in between.
Cinema Diabolica - Gasp. Yes, I listen to the enemy. I think they've toned down the "shock jock" angle and they've made me aware of a lot of interesting films I definitely never would have explored otherwise. Mostly they focus on cult cinema and foreign B movies but occasionally venture into the mainstream with for example the Harryhausen fantasy films.
I also occasionally listen to The Treatment and watch Kevin Pollak's Chat Show if the guest is sufficiently interesting.

For some reason that guy (and his voice) just gets on my nerves and kind of annoys me. I can see what you mean. He does have an air about him that could rub some folks the wrong way. What I like about him is the research he puts into each topic and the subjects he takes on.

What I like about him is the research he puts into each topic and the subjects he takes on. Sometimes I think he lets his own personal opinion (which does at times seem a bit closed-minded to me) get in the way of any actual research he may do which also at times doesn't seem like that much of an effort on his part... but, that is just my own view on the guy and to each his/her own quite obviously.

Radio Free Skaro - Excellent nowadays but the older shows are painful
DWO Podcast - Whats happening there though? Nothing since COLD BLOOD
Horror ETC - NUFF SED
Thats all i listen to..ive tried but the hosts on other podcasts are not for me. Ted and Anthony and Doug..they got something other hosts dont have in my opinion. It works for me whatever it is and the show gets better and better every week. Fantastic.

I would suggest to anyone on here interested in checking out more podcasts to take a gander at the list of ones I mentioned previously... hopefully at least one or two of 'em will make a fan outta ya (some are better than others, of course)!
